Recently refurbished and incredibly beautiful hotel in a lovely area really close to restaurants and places, the island and restraunts. A nice size and amazing rooms in good condition for property guests. A microwave, a refrigerator, and a sitting area available.

The hotel's position was marvellous, so close to a quiet beach, the ocean and the Pier. The stuff was super-friendly throughout our stay.

Feeling that I greatly enjoyed this newly renovated and incredibly beautiful hotel after staying for 1 night. It was in a great location so close to the beach and the local restaurants and the Pier. It also was on the seawall.

It was based in new building in a great location, to get anywhere you want along the seawall.

The room was big and incredible and offered a shower, hairdryers, and towels, so that guests had essentials. Had private bathroom with all essentials.

Ordered breakfast, it was usual, it should be better, really.

stayed here before, but this time was exceptional. Holiday Inn Express made our weekend in Galveston quiet and memorable. The friendly staff, perfect room, and exceptional breakfast showed their commitment to great customer service.

Housekeeping missed requests for basic room cleaning.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with an ocean view and a balcony to enjoy the scenery throughout the day. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a good-sized bathroom and a pleasant fragrance. The staff provided excellent service, and upon request, additional amenities like a microwave and a fridge were accommodated.

Everything was satisfactory.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The value for the money was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, just across the street from the beach, and away from the busy parts of town. The staff were fantastic, friendly, and always willing to help.

The breakfast could have been better.
